Return and Exchange Policy – ESPN Honolulu Merchandise

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact us at colem@espnhonolulu.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size or design. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following: 

  • Worn or washed shirts 
  • Items without original tags or packaging 
  • Sale or discounted items

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
